Information You Provide: We may collect information you voluntarily provide, such as feedback, support requests, or account details if you create an account.

Usage Data: We automatically collect certain information when you use the App, including engraving session data (material types, settings used, and outcomes), device type, operating system version, app version, and general usage patterns. This data is used solely to improve App functionality.

API Keys: LaserForge AI Pro connects to Google Gemini and Stable Diffusion using API keys you provide. Your API keys are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. All AI requests made using your keys go directly between the App and Google's or Stability AI's servers.

Device Permissions: The App may request access to your device's local storage to save material profiles, project history, settings, and API keys. We do not access files outside of the App's designated storage.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App and its AI recommendation engine.
• Train and refine machine learning models using anonymized, aggregated engraving data.
• Sync your settings, profiles, and project history across your devices (if cross-device sync is enabled).
• Respond to support requests and troubleshoot issues.
• Monitor app performance and diagnose technical problems.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

LaserForge AI Pro uses aggregated, anonymized engraving session data to continuously improve app functionality. Your API keys and the content of your AI requests are never collected or used for any purpose. Before any session data is used, it is stripped of all personally identifiable information. You may opt out of contributing session data at any time through the App's settings without affecting core functionality.

If you enable cross-device sync, your material profiles, project history, and settings are securely stored in the cloud and associated with your account. This data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You may disable sync and delete cloud data at any time from the App's account settings.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist in app hosting, analytics, or customer support, bound by confidentiality agreements.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's services. Local data stored on your device is retained until you clear it within the App or uninstall the App. Cloud-synced data is retained until you delete it or close your account.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

LaserForge AI Pro is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us immediately.

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Purchases made through these platforms are governed by Apple's and Google's respective privacy policies. The App may also use third-party analytics tools to help improve performance. These services have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, opt out of AI training data contribution, disable cross-device sync and delete cloud data, and request a copy of your data.
