FontPilot | Effective Date: January 1, 2026
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Code Crafted Nexus LLC ("Company") for the use of FontPilot. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Upon purchase, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use FontPilot on Windows or Mac computers you own or control, for your own personal or business use. This is a one-time purchase — there is no subscription and no expiration on your license.

This EULA governs FontPilot itself. It does not affect the license terms of any font files you install or download using the app — you remain responsible for complying with the license of every font you choose to install (see the Third-Party Fonts section below).
FontPilot and all related software, design, and content are the exclusive property of Code Crafted Nexus LLC. All rights not expressly granted in this EULA are reserved. The Company claims no ownership over the font files you scan, install, or download using the app.
FontPilot can install font files you already have and can download fonts from Google Fonts, whose catalog is distributed under open licenses (OFL, Apache, or UFL) that permit installation and use. FontPilot also links out to other font websites for browsing. You are solely responsible for owning the appropriate rights or license for any font you install, wherever it came from — the Company does not review, endorse, or guarantee the licensing status of files you point the app at.
FontPilot is sold as a one-time purchase through our website, processed by Paddle.com as our authorized reseller. There is no recurring billing. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE COMPANY DOES NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF FONTPILOT, INCLUDING ANY ISSUES ARISING FROM FONT FILES INSTALLED THROUGH THE APP. THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE YOU PAID FOR THE APP.
The Company may release updates to FontPilot at any time; your license covers use of the app, including reasonable updates released for the same major version. This EULA terminates automatically upon your breach of any term, at which point you must uninstall the app.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Livingston County, Kentucky.
