This policy explains what happens to your data when you use our desktop applications: Beam Master Pro, VibeReel, The Crafters Cashier, NexusFlow, LensLogic, PhotoRelief Pro, LaserForge AI, and FontPilot (the "Apps").

The Short Version

Every App stores your data locally on your own computer. None of the Apps require an account, and none of them send your data to us. Two Apps (LaserForge AI and LensLogic) send data to a third-party AI provider, but only when you use a specific AI feature, and only using an API key you provide yourself — never through us. FontPilot additionally makes direct requests from your computer to Google Fonts' own servers when you use its font-discovery feature (see below) — those requests never pass through us either.

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

All Apps store their data — projects, settings, inventory, schedules, saved scans, and similar — directly on your computer, using your operating system's local application storage. This data is never transmitted to Code Crafted Nexus LLC. We have no server that receives, stores, or has access to this information. Uninstalling an App removes its locally stored data (except for anything you've separately exported, such as saved images or PDFs).

AI Features (LaserForge AI, LensLogic)

LaserForge AI and LensLogic include optional AI-powered features (material identification, power/lens calculations, artwork generation, and image-based item scanning) that work on a "bring your own key" basis:

  • You provide your own free API key for Google Gemini (both Apps) and, for LaserForge AI's artwork generation, Stability AI.
  • When you use one of these features, the relevant image or text you submit is sent directly from the App on your computer to that provider's API, using your key — it does not pass through any server we operate.
  • Your use of that data by Google or Stability AI is governed by their own privacy policies, not ours. We recommend reviewing Google's Gemini API terms and Stability AI's policies if you use these features.
  • If you don't add an API key, these AI features simply don't work — nothing is sent anywhere.

Font Discovery (FontPilot)

FontPilot's optional "Find Fonts Online" feature searches and downloads from Google Fonts' public catalog. Those requests go directly from your computer to Google's servers — we never see or relay them, and they're governed by Google's own privacy policy, not ours. This feature also links out to other font websites for browsing; visiting them is subject to that site's own privacy policy.

Purchases

When you buy an App, your payment is processed by Paddle, who collects your payment details, billing address, and email as needed to complete the transaction and deliver your download/license. We receive only what's needed to confirm your purchase and provide support (typically your email and order ID) — we do not receive or store your payment card details. Paddle's own privacy policy governs the data they collect.

What We Don't Do

  • We don't include analytics, telemetry, or crash-reporting in the Apps that sends data back to us.
  • We don't sell or share your data, because we don't have it.
  • We don't require you to create an account to use any App.

N.O.V.A. (Neural Operating & Visual Assistant)

N.O.V.A. is not one of the Apps described above, and the "Short Version" and local-storage sections above do not describe it. Unlike the Apps, N.O.V.A. is a cloud-connected business assistant: with your explicit permission, it connects to business accounts you choose to link (such as Gmail, Google Ads, Apple App Store Connect, Paddle, and Google Play), stores the resulting connection credentials securely on our servers rather than on your device, and sends your requests — along with relevant data from those connected accounts — to Anthropic's Claude API (and, for optional voice features, OpenAI's API) so it can respond to you. N.O.V.A. is built to never send money, spend advertising budget, send a message on your behalf, or change a live account setting without your explicit confirmation of that specific action first. Full details are in N.O.V.A.'s own dedicated Privacy Policy, which governs N.O.V.A. instead of this document.

Website Advertising (Meta Pixel)

Our N.O.V.A., pricing, and home pages use the Meta Pixel, a small script from Meta Platforms that tells us when a visitor who arrived from one of our Facebook or Instagram ads views a page, so we can measure and improve those ads. Meta may receive your IP address, browser details, and the pages you view on those pages, and may set cookies. This applies only to visits to our website, not to the Apps or to the content of N.O.V.A. You can opt out through your Meta ad settings or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser. See Meta's privacy policy.

Children's Privacy

The Apps, and N.O.V.A., are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the Apps evolve (for example, if a future App adds a new AI provider or a cloud-sync feature). We'll update the effective date above when we do.
