Privacy Policy

Code Crafted Nexus, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") built PhotoRelief Pro for iOS and macOS. The app converts photos into precision depth maps for laser engraving. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle your data.

PhotoRelief Pro is designed to work entirely on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit personally identifiable information. Specifically:

• Photo Library Access (iOS): Requested only when you choose to import a photo. Images are processed locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.
• Camera Access (iOS): Requested only if you choose to capture a photo directly within the app. Images are processed on-device and never stored beyond your session unless you explicitly export them.
• File Access (macOS): The app requests read/write access to files you select via the system file picker. No files are accessed beyond what you explicitly open.
• Processing Settings: Your brightness, contrast, gamma, blur, and DPI preferences are saved locally on your device only.
• No account, login, or internet connection is required.

All image processing — including grayscale conversion, level adjustments, blur, invert, and export — happens entirely on your device using on-device computing resources. Your photos are never sent to our servers or any third-party service.

Depth maps exported by the app (e.g., depth_map.png) are saved to the location you choose on your device. You are solely responsible for how you store or share exported files.

PhotoRelief Pro is distributed via the Apple App Store. Apple may collect usage data per their Privacy Policy. We do not integrate any third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

PhotoRelief Pro is intended for adults working with laser engraving equipment. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
