MEND is made by Code Crafted Nexus LLC (160 Harris St, Grand Rivers, KY 42045). Our order process is run by our online reseller Paddle, who is the seller of record for all orders. Paddle handles payment, invoicing, sales tax and VAT, and refunds, and its buyer terms apply to your purchase along with these terms. The software itself is licensed to you by Code Crafted Nexus LLC under the license agreement.
A license key for MEND that activates the software on one computer (Windows or macOS). The key does not expire. The price is $29.99, shown with any taxes before you pay. Prices may change for future customers; the price you saw at checkout is the price you pay.
MEND is digital. After your payment is confirmed, we email your license key and the download links to the address you gave at checkout, normally within a few minutes. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder, then email support@codecraftednexusllc.com with your order details and we will resend or reissue it. If you buy several licenses in one order, you get one key for each.
Each key works on one computer at a time. To use it on a different computer, choose Settings → License → Deactivate this computer in MEND, then activate on the new computer. If you can no longer open MEND on the old computer (for example, it has failed), email support and we will free the key. You can read what the activation sends on What MEND sends and stores.
If you lose your key, email us from the address you used to buy. We will issue a replacement; the old key then stops working.
Updates are free: your license covers reasonable updates released for the same major version (for example, every 1.x release). MEND does not update itself; new versions are announced and you download them when you choose.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer laws where you live that cannot be waived. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the United States, subject to those rights.
